Youth Outreach

Who is this service for?

• This service is for you if: 
  • You live in Guelph Wellington.   
  • You are homeless or at risk of being homeless.   
  • You are 16 to 24 years of age (you access service before your 25^th birthday).   
  • You need mental health supports but find it hard to connect with them and do not know how to get help.  

What supports do we offer in this service?

• We meet you where you are in the community in Guelph or Wellington County. 

• We assess your mental health needs.  

• We provide you with counselling and treatment.   
  • We give you opportunities to talk with a Mental Health Clinician in a safe space.   

• We assess your basic needs such as food, housing, and medical care. 

• We help you access other supports in the community. 

• We collaborate on your behalf with other resources in the community.
