Who is this service for?
This service is for children and youth in crisis who need immediate support. There is a concern about suicide or harm to themselves or others.
They are 6 to 17 years of age (referred before their 18th birthday). They live in Guelph Wellington.
What supports do we offer in this service?
- We assess the risk.
- We work with caregivers to make sure their child/youth is safe.
- We work with other organizations in the community to make sure the child/youth is safe and supported.
- We connect the child/youth and family to ongoing services that they need. We support the child/youth and family while they are waiting for those services.
