Youth Outreach
Who is this service for?
- This service is for you if:
- You live in Guelph Wellington.
- You are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
- You are 16 to 24 years of age (you access service before your 25th birthday).
- You need mental health supports but find it hard to connect with them and do not know how to get help.
What supports do we offer in this service?
- We meet you where you are in the community in Guelph or Wellington County.
- We assess your mental health needs.
- We provide you with counselling and treatment.
- We give you opportunities to talk with a Mental Health Clinician in a safe space.
- We assess your basic needs such as food, housing, and medical care.
- We help you access other supports in the community.
- We collaborate on your behalf with other resources in the community.
