Supportive Housing

This is a recovery-based service that combines support with housing to promote successful tenancies. It is a collaborative partnership with:

• Stonehenge Therapeutic Community
• Thresholds Homes and Supports
• Dunara Homes for Recovery Inc.
• The County of Wellington; and
• Private landlords, offering safe, subsidized, long term and transitional housing options across Guelph and Wellington.
