Cambridge Mindfulness and Self Compassion

Mindfulness lets us choose where to focus our attention. When we are mindful, we are in the moment. Mindfulness and Self-Compassion go hand in hand, so when we are mindful, we are able to be compassionate with ourselves and those around us.
