Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in support of CMHA WW Raises $202,000+

We couldn’t have asked for a better day, with the sun shining, 1,700 participants joined us at Conestoga College and 150 volunteers helped support the incredible Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women!

$202,000 (and counting!) has been raised in support of women’s mental health — donations are still being accepted until July 1st!

Funds raised help CMHA WW deliver fast, life-changing support for women in three key areas:

• Women in Crisis – Immediate support for those facing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, substance use, or trauma, including intake, assessment, and system navigation.
• Women with Eating Disorders – Comprehensive assessments and ongoing group-based treatment with a nurse practitioner, dietitian, and therapist.
• Early Psychosis Support – Timely intervention for first-time psychosis, including counseling, medication, group support, family education, and daily living assistance.
