Everyone engaged with CMHA WW is encouraged to speak with the staff involved in their care. We want you to feel free to share your concerns, complaints, compliments, feedback and suggestions to the organization via our survey. If you do not feel comfortable speaking to a member of your care team or the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Manager of the Service. You are also encouraged to bring reports of perceived abuse or staff misconduct directly to the attention of the Director of the relevant Service who will then inform the Executive Director.
