The Practice of Mindfulness and Gratitude
Day to day life can feel out of control sometimes. While we can’t control the world around us, we can control our own emotional responses. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude can transform the brain and help us feel grounded and to be less reactive. We can’t be anywhere but where we are right now. Working toward accepting this can put us on the path to finding peace and happiness in our current reality and in life in general.
