Who is this service for?

This service is for youth 12 – 25 years old with substance use health or concurrent health issues.

What supports do we offer in this service?

• Screening and assessment – we do not provide diagnosis.
• 1:1 and group counselling and treatment services within a harm reduction model.
• Support for parents and caregivers/families.

How do I access this service?

In Guelph

• Children’s Walk-In Service every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to meet a Substance Use Intake Coordinator.
• Youth can access service through the Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario Wellington Guelph for assistance.
• The location is the CMHA WW office at 737 Woolwich Street, Guelph.

In the County

• The Single Session in the County will be held at a CMHA WW office or Youth Wellness Hub.
