This is a recovery-based service that combines support with housing to promote successful tenancies. It is a collaborative partnership with:
- Stonehenge Therapeutic Community
- Thresholds Homes and Supports
- Dunara Homes for Recovery Inc.
- The County of Wellington; and
- Private landlords, offering safe, subsidized, long term and transitional housing options across Guelph and Wellington.
