COVID-19 CMHA WW Service Update: January 2022

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Waterloo Wellington remains open and is ensuring community mental health and addictions supports are safely available by providing programs, services, and information online and over the phone during the month of January. In person appointments are decided upon in consultation with your primary CMHA WW care provider.

Until February 22nd our 67 King St. Kitchener site, 80 Waterloo Ave. Guelph site and 485 Silvercreek PKWY N Guelph site will be running as usual, doors will be unlocked and open for walk ins. For all other sites, doors will be locked, some in person appointments may remain and others may be changed to virtual, your service team will contact you regarding any changes.

In accordance with social distancing measures outlined by public health agencies, CMHA Waterloo Wellington has recently altered some service delivery to protect public health and safety, pivoting services and information sharing to virtual or other means so individuals in need of mental health and addictions supports can continue to get the help they need.

All clients will be screened using the COVID-19 screener when arriving at CMHA WW.
