This Mental Health Week (May 4–10), CMHA is inviting us all to Come Together because connection strengthens mental health.  

To celebrate, our friends at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) are generously matching all donations made through the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women from May 4–10, 2026, dollar for dollar up to $5,000, in support of women’s mental health.
