Join us for our 1st Wellness Works! Session – Building Strong Connections
It’s important to have strong and healthy relationships to help you live your best life. This includes a relationship with yourself and understanding how self-compassion affects how we interact with others. YouthTALK members will lead an interactive and engaging group with activities and conversation to reflect on how we connect with ourselves and others. You will explore and learn about compassion, healthy relationships, supporting yourself and others while gaining practical skills to help bring self-compassion into your daily life.
