Add to Calendar (iCal) Add to Google CalendarDay to day life feels out of our control right now for many of us. The COVID19 pandemic has thrown a curve ball into many of the plans we have made and has caused us to worry about what the future might look like. While we cannot control which activities and venues are open or closed, we can control our own emotional responses to this “new normal”. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude can transform the brain and help us feel more peaceful and less reactive. We can’t be anywhere but where we are right now. Working toward accepting this can put us on the path to finding peace and happiness in our current reality and in life in general. |
Registered attendees will also receive a link to the recorded webinar emailed to them afterwards. This ensures those working on shift have the ability to review the helpful information when they have time.
