The Guelph Family Health Team presents Managing Stress during COVID-19 Webinar.

The uncertainty about the virus and the changes that are unfolding, can cause us to experience greater degrees of stress and make day to day functioning very difficult. We may not be able change what is causing the stress, but we CAN do things that can help. We are all adapting as best we can. This course is designed to increase your understanding and provide you with some additional tools to help you get through this challenging time.
