CMHA WW’s Acting Executive Director Helen Fishburn joined Swap Talk with Rob Dutton and McKim Ecclestone on 101 the Grand to talk about serving our rural community.

Even if you are dark spot know that there is a path out of that dark spot. If you are feeling low talk to someone. Where can you go to get help? Talk to neighbours, friends, teachers, your family doctor. If you are in crisis or wish to discuss whether CMHA has the right service for you or you have a friend or family member who is struggling, call Here 24/7: 1-844-437-3247 (HERE 247). You are not alone.

On Wednesday November 21st, Michael Landsberg, will be coming to the Centre Wellington SportsPlex at 6pm to talk about hope.  He is a Canadian sports journalist who has founded Sick Not Weak  an organization that works to help people understand that mental illness is a sickness, not a weakness.
