CMHA WW Kicks off Ride Don’t Hide at Come Alive Fitness

It was a great morning to kickoff our Ride Don’t Hide cycle event that will take place on Sunday June 26th. Waterloo Regional Police Chief Bryan Larkin, Acting Executive Director of CMHA WW Helen Fishburn, Waterloo City Councillors Diane Freeman and Jeff Henry, Toronto Rock player Rob Marshall, CMHA volunteers and staff took part in a spin class this morning to celebrate the launch of our first Ride Don’t Hide!
